Does Postbean post on its own?
Section titled “Does Postbean post on its own?”No. Postbean publishes what you tell it to publish, when you tell it to. There is no rule that mirrors your content around automatically and nothing goes out that you did not put in the composer or schedule.
Do you need my social media passwords?
Section titled “Do you need my social media passwords?”No — see How Postbean connects to your accounts. You sign in on each network’s own screen and Postbean keeps only the access token that network issues.
Can I publish to several accounts on the same network at once?
Section titled “Can I publish to several accounts on the same network at once?”Yes. Select as many as you like on a single post — see Posting to several accounts on the same network.
Can I write a different caption per network?
Section titled “Can I write a different caption per network?”Yes, and you can have the AI write them from one source text — see Per-network versions.
How far ahead can I schedule?
Section titled “How far ahead can I schedule?”As far as you like. There is no ceiling on the date, and no plan limits how many posts you schedule.
What timezone are scheduled times in?
Section titled “What timezone are scheduled times in?”Your workspace timezone, which is shown on the calendar and set in Settings → Workspace. Everything is stored in UTC underneath, so changing the workspace timezone does not shift posts you already scheduled.
What happens if one network fails?
Section titled “What happens if one network fails?”Only that network is marked failed. The rest of the post publishes, and you can retry the failed network on its own — see Troubleshooting.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
Section titled “Do I need a credit card to try it?”No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. See Signing up.
Can I invite my team?
Section titled “Can I invite my team?”Not yet — there is no invitation flow. See Sharing access with a teammate for what works today, and what not to do.
Can I bring in posts I published elsewhere?
Section titled “Can I bring in posts I published elsewhere?”Yes. Import pulls recent posts from your connected accounts so they appear in your calendar and metrics as history. It does not republish them.
Can I drive Postbean from my own code, or from an AI assistant?
Section titled “Can I drive Postbean from my own code, or from an AI assistant?”Yes, both — see API and AI agents.
How do I delete my account?
Section titled “How do I delete my account?”Settings → Profile → Delete account. Everything tied to it is removed; the details are on the Data deletion page.
