Postbean has two ways in: email and password, or Continue with Google. There is no magic-link sign-in, so if you are waiting for a login link in your inbox, nothing is coming — what you want is one of the below.

Sign in at postbean.app/auth/login.

”These credentials do not match our records”

Section titled “”These credentials do not match our records””

Usually the wrong address rather than the wrong password, especially if you have both a personal and a work email.

If you signed up with Continue with Google, there is no password on the account. Use the Google button. To add a password as well, sign in with Google first and set one in Settings → Password.

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Open the email and follow the link.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes:

  • Check spam and promotions.
  • Confirm you typed the address you actually signed up with — a reset request for an unknown address does not send anything, by design.
  • Search your inbox for older Postbean emails; whichever address they went to is the one on the account.

New email-and-password accounts get a verification email. If it is missing, sign in and use the Resend verification email button on the prompt you land on.

If the address itself has a typo in it, see Changing your email address.

You are probably in a different account from the one with your work in it — the same confusion that causes payments not to appear. Sign out and try your other address.

Write to support@postbean.app from the address on the account, and say whether you signed up with Google or with a password.
