Posting to several accounts on the same network

Yes — you can select several accounts of the same network on one post and publish to all of them at the same time. Three Instagram accounts and two TikToks on a single post is a normal Postbean post.

In the composer, click each account’s avatar. The counter underneath tells you how many of your accounts are selected, and the right-hand panel confirms how many the post is publishing to.

Per-network options apply to the group

The network tabs are per network, not per account. If you select three TikTok accounts, the TikTok tab’s caption and options apply to all three — and Postbean says so, naming which account’s settings it used as the reference for the audience and interaction options.

If two accounts genuinely need different captions, make them two posts.

Identical content across accounts is a judgement call

Postbean does not stop you, and there is nothing in the networks’ developer terms that forbids publishing the same media from accounts you own. What you should know is how the platforms rank it:

• Recommendation algorithms deduplicate. The same video from five accounts usually means one of them gets distribution and the rest get very little.
• Sustained identical posting across many accounts is a spam signal on most networks, and the penalty lands on the accounts, not on Postbean.

If you are running several brands or client accounts, this is not a problem — their content is different anyway. If you are running the same content across accounts you own, vary it: use the per-network versions to change the caption, and re-export or re-crop the media rather than uploading byte-identical files.
