Changing your email address
Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.
Your email address is self-service. Typos at signup are fixed in a few seconds.
Changing it
Section titled “Changing it”- Open Settings → Profile (
/panel/settings/profile). - Edit the Email field.
- Save changes.
Postbean sends a verification email to the new address. Click the link in it to confirm — until you do, the address is recorded but unverified.
If you cannot sign in to change it
Section titled “If you cannot sign in to change it”A typo in the address you signed up with means the verification email never arrived, and you may not be able to get in to fix it.
- If you signed up with a password, you can still sign in — a typo’d but unverified email does not block the password login. Sign in and correct the address.
- If you signed up with Google, sign in with the same Google account; the address comes from Google and is already verified.
- If neither works, write to support@postbean.app from the address you meant to use, telling us what you typed by mistake. We will not ask for card details to prove it is you — an email from the intended address plus the mistyped one is enough.
The billing email
Section titled “The billing email”Your Postbean email and the email on the Lemon Squeezy checkout can differ, and that is the usual reason a payment does not seem to arrive. See Paid but the plan did not change.
