The Dashboard shows how many of your allowance you are using. Hitting the ceiling does not break anything already connected — it just stops you adding another until you upgrade or disconnect one.
Several accounts on the same network
Section titled “Several accounts on the same network”The limit is a total, not a per-network one. Twelve Instagram accounts and nothing else is a perfectly valid Growth workspace.

Scheduled posts are unlimited

What Postbean is built for

The rate limits that matter in practice are the networks’ own — Instagram’s 25 posts per day per account, TikTok’s daily video cap, YouTube’s upload quota.
