Getting Started with Postbean

Four steps take you from an empty workspace to a post that is live everywhere. None of them takes long.

  1. Connect your accounts — each network is linked through its own official login screen.
  2. Write your first post — pick the accounts, write once, publish.
  3. Give each network its own version — same idea, wording that fits each audience.
  4. Schedule ahead — pick a date instead of publishing now, and watch it land on the calendar.
  • A Postbean account. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.
  • At least one social account you own or manage. Some networks have their own requirements — Instagram has to be Business or Creator, Facebook publishes to Pages rather than personal profiles. Those are covered in Connections.

The left sidebar is split into three groups:

  • Post — Post, Publish, Calendar, Studio, Bulk tools, Import, Sources
  • Grow — Metrics, AI Tools, Campaigns, Automations
  • Configuration — Developers, and your channels

Create post sits at the top of the sidebar on every screen; it is the fastest way into the composer from anywhere.
