Refunds and downgrades

If you are not happy with a paid subscription, email support@postbean.app within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded in full. You do not have to explain why.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The full text is the Refund Policy.

Send us:

  • the email address on the account,
  • the date and amount of the charge,
  • and, if it is not the same, the email used at checkout.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, so the charge on your statement is theirs and their receipt has the order number on it. Including it makes this faster.

If a renewal caught you by surprise and you have not really used Postbean in the new period, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it.

Credit packs are refundable while the credits are unused. Once credits have been spent on generations, that part cannot be refunded — the AI provider has already been billed for them.

Downgrading is self-service, through Manage subscription on the billing page. The change takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and Lemon Squeezy handles any proration.

If you want the remainder of a prepaid year back rather than using it out, that is a refund request — same address, and we work out the unused portion.

If something on our side stopped you using Postbean for a meaningful part of a billing period, tell us and we refund or credit that period, even outside the 14-day window. Outages caused by a social network changing or suspending its own API are outside our control, but write to us anyway and we will sort something out.
